The bars represent software engineers in our network, grouped by what they charge. The distribution skews left deliberately. Most of our pipeline comes from high-quality, cost-competitive markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
We source from 7 European countries: Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia, Slovenia, Romania, and Spain. These are markets where senior engineering quality is high but rates haven't converged with Western Europe yet.
You'll find options across the full range, but the majority sit well below the ceiling.
Select a stack and seniority level to see the rate range and distribution for that profile. The histogram updates to show how engineers in our network are spread across the range. Taller bars mean more available talent at that price point. Use it to sense-check your budget before you start a search, or to understand where your target profile sits relative to the broader market.
Every bar is an engineer who is active in our network today, not a scraped salary survey.
Everyone in the data has passed our vetting. The rates are what placeable senior engineers actually charge.
Applied transparently on top of what the engineer earns. The rate you see is the rate you pay.
Most clients receive a shortlist of 3-5 vetted candidates within 72 hours of starting a search. From there, the timeline depends on your decision and how many interviews you schedule.
If the engagement isn't working, we'll replace the developer without charging you to restart the search. The trial period exists precisely for this, to make sure the match works before you commit long-term.
Yes. If you want to bring a developer onto your payroll directly, a one-time buyout applies. 18% of their annual gross salary, disclosed upfront and below the industry average of 20-25%. There's no lock-in preventing it, and we'll make the transition straightforward.
The rate is agreed at the start of the engagement and doesn't change mid-project. Any adjustment would be discussed and agreed with you in advance. There are no surprise escalation clauses or annual increases baked into the contract automatically.
Our network covers the most in-demand European stacks: React, Node.js, Python, iOS, Android, Flutter, Go, DevOps, and more. We focus exclusively on senior and tech lead level engineers, with an average of 10 years of experience across our approved candidates. Junior and mid-level profiles aren't part of our offering.
